Just request to cancel your subscription by sending us an email to [email protected] with your account information.
 
If you're on a 6 or 12-month plan you will continue to be charged and shipped Woof Packs until the end of your subscription term. Once the request has been processed, your plan won’t auto-renew at the end of your term.
